Volunteer Information

KHS Project Graduation depends on volunteer support! We are currently seeking new Board members to assist with the event year-round, and we always appreciate volunteer support in the week leading up to graduation.

Here is the preparation schedule for the week leading up to graduation:

Sunday, June 1 | 10:00am-2:00 pm (or until finished)

Monday, June 2 – Thursday, June 6 | 5:00pm-8:00 pm

Friday, June 6 | 4:00pm-10:00pm

For these shifts, please feel free to show up – no RSVP is necessary. We meet in the North Lobby (outside the cafeteria) and will assign duties upon arrival.

The night of Project Graduation we need approximately 100 volunteers to run all activities.

We use 2 volunteer shifts, 9:30pm-1:30am and 1:30am-4:30am. It is especially difficult to fill the second shift so if you are willing to join us, the KHSPG Board will be so appreciative!

Volunteer duties vary but can include the following tasks: bag check, hall/door monitors, game/inflatable leaders, card dealers, kitchen staff, tournament leaders, chance auction/prize staff.

Starting at 4am, we also have volunteers begin to take down the event while graduates attend the Hypnotist Show.

Volunteers are fed, caffeinated, and always have a blast! Our 2025 Sign Up Genius will go live on May 1st. Consider joining us!
