This is the final meeting before move in begins for the event! This meeting will be held as an All Board Member and Chair Update with all board members and chairs to help secure Volunteers for each area night of. This is a great time to come if you are looking to volunteer, as it is the last meeting before move in and you can get a good feel about what the day of will look like. All are welcome to join, as you do not need to be a member of the board or a chair to join in on the meetings.
